This class is a basic introduction to the Spanish language. Its content is rich in vocabulary which the students learn through songs, motions, and hands-on activities. Some themes included are colors, numbers, introductions, emotions, family, food, and transportation.
This class introduces beginner Spanish vocabulary and grammar concepts. Students learn to form simple sentences and phrases to have basic conversations in Spanish. Some topics include numbers, colors, clothing, nouns and their genders, addressing people formally and informally, and adjectives.
In this class, students will aquire the basic communication and grammatical skills used to speak, read, write and listen in Spanish. This includes correct vocabulary usage, spelling, comprehension, and proper pronunciation. There are no prerequisites for this course.
